We utilize the natural nutrients of the land to produce high-quality tea leaves. Our farms are based in Kagoshima, Japan, home to the active Sakurajima volcano. The nutrient-rich volcanic ash is one of the key contributors to what makes our matcha one-of-a-kind. Our green tea leaves are nurtured in healthy soil with powerful minerals, producing large volumes of flavorful green tea, perfect for matcha production.
Our Tea Master
Our President, Kenta Ikeda became a certified 10th grade Chashi in 2014. In over 60 years, only 13 people have been certified as a 10th grade Tea Maker. The Tea Maker is also considered to be the highest skilled craftsman of tea art. The taste of tea is molded by the Tea maker who utilizes the character of each batch of tea leaves to blend them to their highest potential.
